1. I authorize Vicatis Capital & Investments Ltd to obtain any information it requires relating to this application from my employer(if any) and from any other source to which it may apply including conducting credit checks from CRC Credit Bureau Ltd or CR Credit Bureau or XDS Credit Bureau, each source being hereby authorized by me to provide you with such information.
2. I undertake to notify the Company immediately of any situation which materially changes the representation of this application.
3. I authorize the Company to disclose any & all information in respect of my account to my employer(if any)and also report it to the Credit Bureaus should a default occur and same remains unrepaid.
4. I certify that information listed on this application is true and correct.
5. I accept and agree to be bound by the terms & conditions as contained in the Company’s Offer letter.
